Finding someone who knows a little bit about this subject "Visaya" or "Bisaya" whatever is a Godsend
Im confidant that getting the answer to my questions will not get me talking but it will give me one less excuse for not knowing
I learned thus far that what i was referring to as Subject Pronouns you call refer to as something else, i won't back up but First Order Pronouns or something
That what i called the Subject Pronouns Ako Ikaw Sila Kami Kita can all be abreviated (sp) anytime and for no other reason than "to tapulan" the sentence
Ko
Ka
Sila (abbreviated)
MI
TA
nice
and i learned that there is "no form of be" i never thought about it until someone went to the trouble to point out the obvious
So i came away with a nice rule to say a lot of stuff,
learn to say "the important thing in your sentence" then put the abbreviated form of the Primary Pronun in front of it and "bingo" your
in business , you have rule to speak like an idiot while being well recieved, so i get this (i figure it is not really correct but this is what i get)
and i now want to know another thing, how to handle object pronouns
Give John the the chicken
Give it to him please
Buy 50 cold beers, frozen ones
Buy them now, hurry
Joey kissed Susie
Joey kissed her
Susie wants Mr. Tambok too much
Susie wants me
They are backbiting John, Joey, Susie and me
They are backing us
So how would one handle these types of communications in Visaya
Could you help Mr. Tambok
Could you help me please?
